After seeing Indian film makers at film festival in Nigeria, Mr. John decides a make an Indian film. This case is cusses about Mr. Johns effort to hire a consultant to understand the film industry, its market and characteristics of film viewers in India. It concludes with question: what were the actions that made Mr. John to make right move ? . Ganes Pandya and TAPMI - PGDM students of batch 2015 -17 wrote this case as part of the students ’project in Business Statistics course. The case is developed based on classroom discussions.
