Tagos Design Innovations Pvt. Ltd. has introduced a path breaking product in the form of an In-Video Discovery Platform called, using AI. The website hosts a plethora of web-series, music videos and other B-town related videos and allows the users to discover products and extensive information from the video itself as it plays, without disturbing the viewing experience. The product also enables the users to create customized collections of liked products along with their buyable links. Launched officially in 2015 the website garners more than a million hits every day and the numbers rise exponentially. The study aimed to establish the value proposition of Charmboard from a potential user’s perspective, their expectations from such a service provider, understand the user’s psychographic profile and the brand personality of Charmboard.
