This study focuses ‘how’ as well as ‘why’ aspects of the framework development applying interpretive approach. The existing literature suggests some of the key areas of alignment. However, there has been a lack of framework demonstrating the linkages among different alignments to facilitate effective strategy execution. The article demonstrates the linkages among different aspects of ‘Align’ for successfully converting the strategic goals into the execution performance.
