Abstract

The course SMIC (Student Management Investment Course)is all about applying the theoretical concepts of Valuation of Securities, Portfolio Management, Derivative Analysis and Technical Analysis in a practical way in Indian Stock Markets. While, the Standard Investment Theory course teaches us the nuances of stock selection, concepts of Beta and Portfolio Management, through SMIC, we as a team got a hands on experience of managing Rs.1,25,000 in a professional manner.
