Abstract
The article presents a case study of the management analysis of the Apollo Health and Lifestyle Ltd. (AHLL) in India is presented. It discusses the franchising opportunities for the firm. It also offers information on the hindrance on the company's growth. It suggests AHLL to handhold franchises until a certain threshold level of clientele is established. It adds that to regularly inspect the accounting matter, an executive should be designated in every region where franchisees are located.
